But you give a license to use it to: Nevgur.net and our executives, employees, related companies, agents, contractors, successors, and assigns Our licensees, sublicensees, third-party service providers, retail partners, marketing agencies, and affiliates All other users of our services 2.2 What rights you give us When you give permission, you grant us: The right to use your content: - Worldwide - Forever (perpetual) - For free (royalty-free), without paying you or anyone else - Without asking additional permission The right to modify your content: - Use all or part of your content - Create new works based on your content - Change, edit, or modify your content however we want The right to share these rights: - Give these same rights to others (sublicense) - Transfer these rights to other companies - Allow unlimited levels of sublicensing The right to use for business: - Commercial use - Advertising and promotion - Any current or future media or technology The right to keep what we create: - We own any data from processing your content (encoding, compressing, formatting audio/video) You waive and relinquish all so-called "moral rights" (for example, the right to be credited as author or to protect your content from changes). 2.3 No fees or obligations to return We do not owe you money for using your content You cannot make claims against us for using your content 2.4 Our rights and lack of obligations We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to: - Edit, remove, delete, or erase your content anytime - Do this without notice - Do this for any reason or no reason 2.5 Intellectual Property Any goodwill from using Nevgur.net trademarks belongs only to Nevgur.net You cannot challenge our ownership of Nevgur.net trademarks You cannot use trademarks similar to ours You do not get ownership rights in Nevgur.net materials You cannot use our services commercially 2.6 Non-confidentiality of the user-generated content Your content will be treated as non-confidential - regardless of whether you mark it "confidential," "proprietary," or the like - and will not be returned.
